The purpose of the CGA is to create an opportunity for participation in local tournament golf, in addition to providing great fun & fellowship for our members. Membership is open to all interested golfers.
Due to Chestatee Golf Club closing for course and clubhouse renovations during most of 2024, the CGA has decided to suspend operations until the course reopens sometime in the fall of 2024.
Ouir normal season schedule is made up of the following types of events; a two day Member-Member, a two day Ryder Cup, four individual Stablefords, and a season long FedEx Cup points race culminating in a season ending Player of the Year award. Membership also includes complimentary food and beverage for tournament socials and draw parties.
